Deliveries, Refunds and Return Policy

Refund Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, and then 14 days to return the item. 

We will refund within 14 days of receiving the item back once we have checked your returned item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at alittlebitofnice@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, you'll receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund.

All personalised items are made to order therefore they are exempt from the returns policy.

All digital download sales are final and non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 48 Hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If there is a problem with the delivery of your items please contact us within 48 Hours, we are unable to assist outside of this time-frame

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Delivery Policy

We aim to process and dispatch

- all ready to ship orders within 2 - 3 working days ( craft stock)

- personalised and made to order items 2 - 5 working days

​

We offer standard and express postage with Evri for UK Mainland orders. For Non UK Mainland such as Northern Ireland we will send with Royal Mail.

​

All order will receive tracking information which will be sent to the email address you used when ordering.

 

All orders can take up to 7 working days to arrive once it has been dispatched. If you have not received your item after the 7 working days please contact us at alittlebitofnice@hotmail.com with your order number and we will look into this further.
